Linguistic teams may include both staff and freelancers, which enables us to be flexible. In this way we are able to adapt to different project scopes and timeframes to suit the client’s needs. After going through our strict initial vendor recruitment process, we start working with a linguist and continually monitor their results. They receive feedback on practically every translation assignment, based on our proprietary tool, Hispano Lookout. Company-wide sessions allow internal staff to share their processes in different areas. This open-communication practice allows for general awareness and lets Hispano function as a unit. We also organize training sessions and workshops for freelancers on topics of interest, and provide training through Hispano Uni.
